Hello! My name is Chris Gorges and my goal is to provide free educational content available to those that would like to learn sign language. I have been involved in the sign language community for over 10 years and I am currently working as a certified sign language interpreter in California. Over the years I have given over 100 public discourses at dozens of venues. I’ve worked with students of all ages and all grade levels and have really enjoyed teaching sign language to others.
Learning an entirely new language can be hard. Even more so when you don’t have others to practice with. That is why I am striving to create an online community of learners that can support each other as we all go through the process of learning the language together.
